Goddess Kali

Kali is a destroyer of evil forces, she is the most powerful form of shakti. Kali stands passionately upon the corpse of Shiva who sacrificed himself to stop her destructive rampage after killing the demon Raktabij. She has her tongue sticking out, 10 arms spread each holding a weapon or symbol, a necklace fashioned from skulls, and a skirt made from arms. She is also seen as a divine protector and the one who bestows moksha or liberation. This brass statue with its intricate details is perfect for an altar.
