The divine manifestation of God incarnating in the flesh for the purpose of destroying ignorance. Christ is the universal, undivided soul. He stands for compassion, Christian charity and peace.

While Jesus was peaceful and charitable, he also brought the “sword of distinction” – separating important from unimportant. He comforted the ill and the suffering and fed them.

Jesus was crucified and even in his agony he was able to forgive his crucifiers.
