These stunning, easy-to-wear, handwoven neck shawls are crafted using culturally-preserved handloom weaving techniques, passed down through generations of artisans. The special wool has been collected directly from sheep, and sometimes yaks (as listed), beneath the majestic Himalayas, in India’s Kullu Valley for centuries. 

Each Kullu wool neck scarf in this heritage collection features a special handloom weave, sometimes with two or more base colors, to create its subtle pattern and texture. The Kullu wool scarf’s popular, bold and distinctive border design is also handwoven, adding an artistic touch. These unique patterns are inspired by engravings from the many monasteries and temples of the Kullu and Kinnaur areas of Northern India. Known for its traditional look and style, each scarf is incredibly durable, making it a wonderful gift for yourself and loved ones to keep warm through many seasons.

ORIGIN:  Handwoven in India

CARE:  Dry clean for the first cleaning, to set the weave. Then, regular care is hand wash cold, using a mild soap. Dry flat.
