Refund policy

We guarantee the quality of our inventory. Let us know if you have a question or problem regarding your shipment.

Within 30 days of delivery of a shipment, unless noted below under "exceptions," you may return any of the following items you purchased from The Amma Shop via phone, mail or web, for any reason, for a full refund (we'll also refund the shipping cost if a return is the result of our error):

• Any web-store item in its original condition
• Any unopened (still in its plastic wrap) CD or cassette tape. Please make sure the multimedia items you purchase are compatible with your system.
• Any web-store item that is defective.

Exceptions:

• We will not accept returns of opened items or items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
• We do not give refunds on items purchased during Amma's US tour, which are not listed in the web-store.
• Some items, like Amma’s Prasad Jewelry, are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. For these items, “Final Sale” will be noted on the individual product pages, beneath the copy description.
