How to Place an Order

If you do not find your item on our online store, www.theammashop.org, we can help you via email (info@theammashop.org).

Currently we only support online payments using VISA or MASTERCARD. If you wish to purchase from The Amma Shop using a check or money order for payment, please mail your check along with the list of items to our mailing address listed below. Your order will be sent out 5-7 days within receipt of your order.

Shipping Options

United States Postal Service (USPS): The least expensive option, often as quick as FedEx Ground.

Fedex Ground: Cost effective, but takes 5-7 days to receive package. Available for shipping within US.

Fedex International Ground: Cost effective shipping to Canada.

International Shipment (No tracking): Shipments to outside the US through USPS. Cost-effective. 

Please Note:

Sometimes due to Amma's tour schedule in the US orders may be slightly delayed. The Amma Shop is a completely volunteer-run store, and all proceeds from the sale of items from our store go to support Amma's numerous charities. Please know that every member of The Amma Shop team is constantly striving to provide improved service to you, our valued customer.

Customs Information:

If you are ordering from abroad, there may be additional local customs or import duties once your order arrives in your country. Customs forms for all international packages list the value of your order's contents by product type. For instance, orders containing both CDs and books will be listed in a way similar to the following example:

• Books value: $ 26.00
• CDs value: $ 15.00

Any customs or import duties are levied in the destination country, and these additional charges must be borne by the recipient. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. You may want to contact your local customs office for further information before proceeding with your order.

Returns

We guarantee the quality of our inventory. Let us know if you have a question or problem regarding your shipment.

Within 30 days of delivery of a shipment, unless noted below under "exceptions," you may return any of the following items you purchased from The Amma Shop via phone, mail or web, for any reason, for a full refund (we'll also refund the shipping cost if a return is the result of our error):

• Any web-store item in its original condition
• Any unopened (still in its plastic wrap) CD or cassette tape. Please make sure the multimedia items you purchase are compatible with your system.
• Any web-store item that is defective.

Exceptions:

• We will not accept returns of opened items or items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
• We do not give refunds on items purchased during Amma's US tour, which are not listed in the web-store.
• Some items, like Amma’s Prasad Jewelry, are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. For these items, “Final Sale” will be noted on the individual product pages, beneath the copy description.

Wholesale Inquiries

The Amma Shop supplies a variety of retail businesses worldwide.

For creating a wholesale account with The Amma Shop, please email us at info@theammashop.org with the following:

• Name of the store and contact info: address, phone/email/website (if any)
• Tax ID or sales permit number
• Items of interest to you

An Amma Shop representative will contact you by phone or email. Wholesale discounts vary depending upon the product. Wholesale orders receive 40% discount for products carrying the Amma Shop label, and 20% for all other shop items.

Corporate Gifts

Our easy to navigate corporate gift options are innovative and enjoyable. For any occasion, any time of the year, we can make it happen.

Select this option at the 'add to cart' section to enter a gift message on the greeting card of your choice. Greeting card is $2.00 and Gift-wrap is $4.00 per order.
