Sri Agni Yantra

Agni is a Sanskrit word meaning fire and connotes the Vedic fire god of Hinduism. In the Vedas, Lord Agni acts as a messenger between humanity and the spiritual plane. Of the five elements we can see, fire is the most subtle and serves as a bridge between the visible (earth, water) and invisible (air, space) worlds as well as the physical and spiritual planes.

In Ayurveda, Lord Agni lives within us as the power of digestion. Our inner flame is critical for not only digesting and assimilating the food we eat, but also digesting and assimilating the world that we constantly consume through the senses. When the flame is strong, we digest and transform what we consume into nourishment, sustaining life. At the same time, Lord Agni burns away waste, toxins and unnecessary influences through its brilliance. Lord Agni transforms everything through and into light, allowing us to see the truth with brilliance and clarity.
