Amma's Bliss Chocolates

THE STORY OF THIS AWESOME CHOCOLATE

            A few years ago, Amma devotees at Amma’s home ashram, Amritapuri, began making chocolates that were sold locally. In 2023, Amma supported the development of a line of truly exquisite chocolates to be sold principally through her North American (and ultimately European) online and North American ashram stores. These chocolates are intended to bring extraordinary chocolate to devotees and chocolate lovers, with all profits supporting Amma’s global charities.

           For the 2025 holidays, we are pleased to offer you three of the finest raw (roasted at lower temperatures) chocolate bars available anywhere.  The beans were grown in the mountains of Kerala, India, a region recognized by fine chocolate makers.  Organic and fair-trade beans from the Idukki region are shipped to California and processed in small batches. Currently, we are only offering raw dark chocolate in 3 flavors; we plan to add traditionally roasted fine dark and milk chocolate soon, hopefully in time for Valentine’s Day.

 Three flavors that perfectly complement this inspiring raw chocolate are:

•  Gogi Berries with Mesquite 

Ingredients: Cacao beans, Coconut sugar, Cacao butter, Cacao powder, Mesquite powder, Goji berries, Vanilla extract, Sea salt

• Turmeric 

Ingredients: Cacao beans, Coconut sugar, Cacao butter, Turmeric powder, Vanilla extract, Sea salt

• Genmaicha 

Ingredients: Cacao beans, Coconut sugar, Cacao butter, Genmaicha powder (matcha & toasted brown rice), Sesame seeds, Puffed rice, Vanilla extract, Sea salt

Each 2.1 oz (61 g) bar is sweetened with coconut sugar.  

Each flavor brings out unique expressions of the deep and pure organic chocolate.
