Rudraksha Leaf Powder

The Rudraksha tree (E. ganitrus) is revered as a deeply sacred plant. In addition to providing seeds (beads) which are worn and used in mantra chanting, the leaves act as a potent medicine. 

Powder of rudraksha leaf is traditionally used to manage stress, anxiety, depression, heart palpitations, nerve pain, epilepsy, migraines, lack of concentration, asthma, hypertension, arthritis, and liver diseases.

This Rudraksha leaf powder was grown, harvested, and produced at Amma’s Amritapuri Ashram.
